Reliability and precision of Leica DISTO ™

The device is small and simple to use, but we have not sacrificed the precision that characterizes it. D1 has all the functionality required in a Leica DISTO ™, with a solid accuracy of 2 mm.

Two laser measurement modes

Linear distance and continuous measurement. Both have a range of up to 40 meters. Forget about falling tape measure, working around furniture or using a ladder to make basic measurements.

Extended functionality and documentation on error-free measurements

Pair D1 with any smartphone or tablet to create digital floor plans on the fly with the DISTO ™ Plan app.

We have reduced the functionality of the DISTO D1 to a minimum, because not everyone needs functions such as the detection of height, area, volume and point-to-point that you can find on other DISTO models. D1 is perfect for quick and accurate indoor measurements. Small and very light. A real plus when you want to measure at particular angles or with other hand tools. Thanks to D1 you can perform a wide range of operations, including making measurements for carpentry and interior flooring, hanging pictures on a wall or checking that the furniture you are observing online fits well in the house and much more.
